Application Data. If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:

• Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's camera, microphone, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
• Mobile Device Data. We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server).

Your choices

We believe in giving users control over their data. If you prefer not to contribute to our aggregated analytics:

• You can uninstall the app at any time, which will stop all data collection.
• If you choose to reinstall the app later, it will be treated as a new installation and won't be connected to previous data.

EU and UK users

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR require us to explain the valid legal bases we rely on in order to process your personal information. We may rely on the following legal bases:

• Consent. We may process your information if you have given us permission to use your personal information for a specific purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

How we process your data using AI

All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with our privacy notice and our agreement with third parties. This ensures high security and safeguards your personal information throughout the process.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

In some regions (like the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right (i) to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure, (iii) to restrict the processing of your personal information, (iv) if applicable, to data portability, and (v) not to be subject to automated decision-making. Please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

We may disclose your personal information with our service providers pursuant to a written contract between us and each service provider.
